INGREDIENTS
2-4 ramekins
8 oz white chocolate
¼ cup Táche Pistachio Milk
½ cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
⅓ cup pistachio paste
How to make the pistachio white chocolate mousse recipe:
- Microwave white chocolate and Táche Pistachio Milk in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Set aside
- Whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside
- In a separate bowl, whisk cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined. Add the pistachio paste and mix just until combined
- Then, add in the white chocolate mixture and mix
- Add in the whipped cream and fold until fully incorporated
- Portion into cups using a piping bag or spoon. Chill for at least 2 hrs
