INGREDIENTS
4 chicken thighs
3 ½ cups of Táche Pistachio Milk
½ cup of shredded Parmigiano Reggiano
½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp tomato paste
½ onion
Salt & pepper
Sage
Lemon
1 whole bulb garlic
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp unsalted butter
How to make the easy one pot pistachio milk chicken thigh recipe:
- Preheat oven to 380°F
- Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper
- In a dutch oven, pour in the Táche Pistachio Milk and combine with tomato paste, unsalted butter, honey, Parmigiano, and cheddar cheese
- Place chicken in the dutch oven along with onion, garlic, lemon, and sage
- Put the lid on top and cook in the oven for 1 hour
- Uncover the lid and cook for another half hour
- Serve with a side of veggies
