½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
½ tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
¾ cup Táche Pistachio Milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup frozen blueberries
How to make the blueberry overnight oats recipe:
- In a jar with a lid, combine oats, ground flax, chia seeds, pistachios, cinnamon, and salt
- Then pour in the Táche Pistachio Milk, maple syrup, and blueberries
- Stir everything together and let sit in the fridge overnight, or for up to 3 days before enjoying.
