1 can chickpeas
1 cup tofu or protein of choice
1 handful springmix
5 tbsp Táche Pistachio Milk
3 tbsp tahini

How to make the creamy pistachio tahini dressing recipe:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Toss your vegetables and protein of choice in olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

Roast the vegetables and protein at for 25 mins or until cooked through
- Meanwhile, mix the Táche Pistachio Milk, tahini, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice until creamy. Adjust the pistachio milk based on your desired level of creaminess
- In a bowl, layer your grains, vegetables, and protein, and drizzle with a generous serving of the creamy pistachio tahini dressing
