Pistachio Cinnamon Rolls So Good, You’ll Look Forward to Getting Out of Bed
By Team Táche
INGREDIENTS
4 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp quick rising yeast
1 ¾ cup warm water
¼ tsp salt
1 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
⅓ cup chopped pistachios
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp Táche Original Blend
¼ tsp vanilla extract
How to make the pistachio cinnamon rolls:
In a large bowl add the flour, yeast, salt, and water. Stir to combine the ingredients until a dough forms. Cover the bowl and let it sit in a warm place for 4-6 hours.
Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Evenly spread the butter and the other filling ingredients across the entire surface of the dough.
Roll the dough along the long edge until it forms a log and cut 9 discs.
Place the rolls in a lined baking dish and cover to rise for an hour.
Bake the cinnamon rolls at 375 F for 25-30 minutes.
While the cinnamon rolls are baking, make the glaze by whisking the powdered sugar, Táche, and vanilla together until a thick paste forms.
Glaze the cinnamon rolls after they have cooled for about 15 minutes (if you can manage to wait).
