INGREDIENTS
8 tbsp butter
6 oz semi sweet chocolate
¾ cups sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup Táche Original Blend Pistachio Milk
¼ cup all-purpose flour
6 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup crushed pistachios
How to make the pistachio milk brownie recipe:
Microwave butter and chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Set aside.
Using an electric hand mixer, beat sugar, egg, and vanilla until pale in color. About 5 min.
Add the warm chocolate and whisk until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add half of the dry ingredients to the batter and fold until combined.
Add in the Táche pistachio milk and mix, followed by the remaining dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into a lined pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
