I love everything about this product. The taste. Their care for the environment (pistachios require less water to grow) plus non GMO. The taste is the real test and I am hooked. Also, it's a woman-owned business. Please don't change the product. Everything about it is perfect.

Tache has come to the rescue for me at a time where I've had to eliminate tons of foods due to allergies. Somehow pistachios are one of the two nuts I can still eat and is literally the only milk on the market that works on my diet. I love it with a bowl of cereal, or for my chia pudding, or with baking!
